Why book China with Webuy?

Decade-long relationships with local DMCs in every major China region mean we hold rooms in peak Golden Week and CNY when other agencies are wait-listed. Frequently Asked Questions

Do Singaporeans need a visa for China?
No. Singapore and China have a mutual 30-day visa exemption in force since 9 February 2024, and it still applies as of September 2026. Singapore passport holders enter mainland China visa-free for stays of up to 30 days for tourism, business or visiting relatives. Because it is a bilateral agreement rather than one of China's unilateral visa-free schemes, it is not tied to an annual expiry date. Carry a passport with at least six months' validity; Hong Kong and Macau have separate entry rules.
When is the best time to visit China?
April–May and September–October are the best all-round months for most of China. Harbin Ice Festival runs January–February, Yunnan flowers peak February–April, Zhangjiajie autumn is October–November. Avoid Golden Week (1–7 October) and CNY week unless you book months ahead.
How much do China tours from Singapore cost?
Current China group-tour fares are shown on the departures listed on this page — 6-day Yunnan is typically the entry level, with Beijing–Shanghai, Zhangjiajie and Harbin priced progressively higher. Senior-paced and halal departures match standard pricing. Private tours are quoted per group (4-pax sharing).
How long is the flight from Singapore to China?
Beijing and Shanghai are around 6 hours direct. Yunnan (Kunming) 4.5 hours. Chengdu 5 hours. Guilin 4.5 hours via direct or 1-stop. Harbin 7–8 hours via 1-stop. We use SQ, Scoot, China Eastern or Air China depending on the route.
Is China safe and easy for first-timers from Singapore?
Yes — China is safe, but cashless WeChat Pay / Alipay-only environments and Great Firewall app blocks make DIY tricky. Our Singaporean leaders handle payments, translations, train tickets and on-the-ground SIM. Most clients say the leader is what makes the trip work.
