Webuy Travel customer reviews — where to read them
Webuy Travel is rated 4.6 out of 5 from 1,000+ Google reviews. Every one of
them was written by a traveller, is dated, and is visible exactly as written —
including the critical ones. We link you to all of them rather than reprinting
a selection we chose ourselves.

Why don't you quote ratings from other review sites?
Google is the one platform where a large, public, dated body of reviews exists
for Webuy Travel, so it is the only score we state. We do not blend numbers
from several sites into a single "average" — a blended figure cannot be checked
against anything, which makes it worthless as evidence even when it is
flattering.
Why are there no customer testimonials on this page?
There used to be nine, and they were not sourced — no names, no dates, no links
to any review. In September 2026 we removed every testimonial on this site that
did not come from a public review platform, along with several customer
statistics we could not substantiate (a repeat-booking rate and a
multi-destination share, both stated as fact with no source behind them).
What replaced them is the Google rating above. It is a smaller claim and a
checkable one.
What do travellers actually mention most in the reviews?
Guides. Of the reviews on our Google profile, the large majority name a
specific tour leader or guide — Google's own review topics show "tour guide"
as by far the most-mentioned theme. If you want to know what travelling with
us is like, reading a handful of those reviews will tell you more than any
summary we could write.
Who is Webuy Travel backed by?
Webuy Travel is operated by WeBuy Global Ltd, listed on the Nasdaq stock
exchange under the ticker WBUY. The group holds an official partnership with
China Tourism Group and has backing from the Chongqing Municipal Government.
That backing is a corporate relationship. The day-to-day operational work —
visa and permit handling, restricted-area access, guiding, ticketing — is
carried out by licensed local operators we work with in each destination, under
the normal regulatory process that applies to any operator. We mention this
distinction because it is easy to imply otherwise, and we would rather not.
How do I leave a review after my trip?
Use the review link on our Google Business Profile, or the link our team sends
you after you return. We never offer discounts, credits or gifts in exchange
for a review, and we never ask you to make it positive — both are against
Google's review policies and would put the whole profile at risk.
I had a problem on my tour. What should I do?
Contact us directly first — reaching the team that ran your tour is faster than
a public review for anything we can still fix. If you would also like to leave
a review afterwards, positive or not, we would rather have it on the record
than not. A 4.6 average means some travellers were not fully satisfied, and
that is visible on our profile because we do not filter it.
